How do I log into my webpage?
Once you have signed-up, you will create a password. To log back in, at the top of the page you will see and option to Sign into my account. Your email address and password will allow you to log into you webpage.
I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Under the login form, click the link that says, Forgot Password. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file. The password that you are emailed will be active until you change it within the system. If you have any issues, please contact us.
How do I change my password?
Log-in to your account and click on the “My Account” tab towards the upper right corner, then click the “Password” tab below that and change your password. Make sure you click “Save Changes” before you exit the screen!
When I mail you a check/cash, will my website automatically be updated?
Due to security measures that have been put in place, our internal accounting systems do not communicate to update public facing websites. All cash and check donations need to be manually entered on your Ambassadors for LIFE website in order for the donation/goal tracking to be current. You can do this by logging into your website and adding donations manually. If you believe that donations have been made to the LIFE offices without your knowledge, please contact us for assistance with updating your website.
Can I add a link to my website??
If you are using an Ambassadors for LIFE online fundraising page, you are welcome to direct people to that page for the purpose of your fundraising efforts. If you wish to add a link to the general Ambassadors for LIFE or LIFE Today websites we require the opportunity to preview any websites and maintain and annual approval of the link. Due to the many variables involved with Internet websites, it is necessary we use caution in the placement of our LIFEToday.org website. Please contact us with any questions or to obtain approval for a link.
How do I show people that this is a legitimate fundraiser?
Once you have signed up as an Ambassador please contact us to discuss your fundraising plans. In the event that it is needed, we can prepare a letter for you explaining the parameters of the Ambassadors for LIFE program, our non-profit status and your participation as a fundraiser.
